Town Planner - Residential Development Reading, Berkshire Full-time | Permanent Competitive salary + benefits package I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded residential developer who is looking to appoint a Town Planner to join their growing team based in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality housing schemes across the region. The Role As a Town Planner, you'll support the land and planning function in identifying, promoting, and securing residential development opportunities. You'll be involved throughout the planning lifecycle, from early-stage site assessments through to securing planning permissions.
